Enter the address, basic property information and any features you want and then press ‘generate’. Your result will be loaded on your dashboard for review.
If it’s not exactly what you’re after, you can adjust the creativity, variety and length before you ‘regenerate’.
The variety control allows you to choose the level of variety of words in your descriptions, from basic words to more descriptive, creative words.
The creativity control, on the other hand, allows you to fine-tune the level of originality in your descriptions, from straightforward to more imaginative language.
The ‘Tone’ Control allows you to select a Tone, such as ‘Formal’ or ‘Casual’ to generate the copy.
There’s over 30 Tones to select from, and you can choose multiple to ensure you get the best response.
Where your copy is displayed after generation, there is an option to switch on the ‘Exclude’ tool. This lets you highlight unwanted words or terms that you don’t want to be included when you regenerate the listing copy.
It’s ok, all of your copy generations are stored in the History Log on your dashboard.
Each is saved with the settings you used to generate it, so you can load a previous listing generation for review, or load your preferred settings to generate new listing copy quickly.
It is a monthly subscription – cancel any time.
Please note though that all unused credits will expire at the end of the month when you cancel the subscription.
A Generation Credit is the token used each time listing copy is ‘generated’ or ‘regenerated’. These are renewed monthly on the anniversary of your subscription.
On the ‘month to month’ subscription plan, credits expire at the end of each month.
On the ‘once-off’ plan, credits don’t expire.
